Exhibitor Fee = $250.00

 

Includes:

 

Full Event Registration for Two people including continental breakfast, refreshments at morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and reception (two beverage tickets and light snacks). Additional attendees (after the first two) MUST complete individual registration form and pay all appropriate fess for the event.

 

One 3’ x 6’ skirted table and two chairs

 

Listing in the Program Book including company description of 25 words or less provided by the Exhibitor no later than March 1, 2010 to the Committee.

Exhibitor Area: Grand Ballroom SOUTH

 

Exhibitor Set up: SPECIFIC BOOTH LOCATIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED. Booth set-up only from 6:30 am until 7:30 am on the day of the event. No pre-event set-up allowed.

 

Exhibitor Break down: following the afternoon break and prior to 4:00 pm

 

Exhibitors are encouraged to donate a door prize to be awarded during the Reception.

 

Exhibitors are invited to attend the reception held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the South Ballroom. Beverages and light refreshments will be available.
