One 3’ x 6’ skirted
table and two chairs
Listing in the Program Book including company description of 25 words or less provided
by the Exhibitor no later than February 29th, 2008 to the Committee.
Additional Fees If Requested:
Electric Service to the display table is provided by the Hotel at a cost of $25.00.
Continuing Education Credits, with 5 CE credits available, are an additional cost
of $25 per person. Individual sign in and sign out is required at each session in
order to receive credit(s).
